1. Pavitar Singh, Sprinklr
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Pavitar Singh is the Chief Technology Officer for Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management platform for the world’s most valuable companies. The mission of Sprinklr is to enable every organization on the planet to make their customers happier. It is the leading enterprise company for all customer-facing functions. With advanced AI, Sprinklr’s unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform helps companies deliver human experiences to every customer, every time, across any modern channel. Sprinklr works with more than 1,000 of the world’s most valuable enterprises — global brands like Microsoft, P&G, Samsung and more than 50% of the Fortune 100.

At Sprinklr, Singh leads all research and development and product projects. Known for continuous innovation, his team built Sprinklr’s unified platform of five products upon a layer of advanced automation and AI over the last 8 years. Singh spent two years each as the Director of R&D and then Vice President of Product Development at Sprinklr before being named CTO. Prior to joining Sprinklr, he worked as a software engineer and development engineer. He received his Bachelor of Technology Degree from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology and his MBA in Finance, Operations, and Strategy from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

 

2. Jim Stratton, Workday
Title: Chief Technology Officer, Chief Technology Architect

Jim Stratton pulls double duty as both the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Technology Architect at Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance, HR, and planning. Founded in 2005, Workday delivers financial management, human capital management, and analytics applications designed for the world’s largest companies, educational institutions, and government agencies. Workday works with organizations ranging from medium-sized businesses to Fortune 50 enterprises.

Prior to his current positions, Stratton was the Vice President of Software Engineering at Workday, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s internal analytics platform, products, and data science teams, and before that he was a Product Manager. Stratton started his career at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (APL), where he worked for nearly 15 years first as a Lead Propulsion Engineer and then as a Mission Systems Engineer. He received his MBA from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business, his Master of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

 

3. Christian Westlye Larsen, Visma
Title: Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer of Visma, Christian Westlye Larsen has compartmentalized his duties into three guiding missions. Firstly, he guides Visma’s companies in creating products their customers and users value. Secondly, Larsen strives to deepen his company’s capabilities within technology areas that are essential to continued growth. Finally, but perhaps most crucially, he is tasked with attracting, developing, and retaining Visma’s over 6,000 technology and product talents.

Prior to becoming CTO, Westlye Larsen directed product development in Visma’s enterprise software division and was a part of the division management team. In only two years, he grew his department from 600 to 1700 employees, opened new locations, acquired over 10 companies, and improved employee satisfaction by over 60%. Before this, he spent several years with Schlumberger, which he came to after working as a developer at Roxar (now Emerson Electric Corporation). Westlye Larsen earned a Master of Technology in Computer Science degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

 

4. Mickey Alon, Gainsight
Title: Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mickey Alon is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Gainsight, whose innovative customer-centric technology is driving the future of customer success. The company’s Customer Cloud offers a powerful set of solutions focused on product experience, revenue optimization, customer experience, customer data, and, most importantly, helping customers achieve their goals. Their ultimate mission is to enable businesses to put the customer at the center of everything they do.

Alon is a serial entrepreneur and is passionate about designing, building, and launching innovative products that drive business outcomes. He is a co-author of the book Mastering Product Experience in SaaS and CPO and Co-Founder of Aptrinsic (Gainsight PX), a leading product-growth platform. Alon was previously GVP at Marketo, leading the global engineering team, and CEO and Co-Founder of Insightera, a real-time targeting and personalization platform powered by machine learning that was acquired by Marketo. He received his MBA from Heriot-Watt University and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mercy College.

 

5. Beth Weeks, Planview
Title: Executive Vice President-Development

As the Executive Vice President of Development at Planview, Beth Weeks leads Planview’s cloud strategy and operations team. This team supports 5000+ customers hosted in the cloud in 20+ data centers globally across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. Planview has a full spectrum of portfolio management and work management solutions. The comprehensive Planview platform and enterprise success model enables customers to deliver innovative, competitive products, services, and customer experiences.

Currently, Weeks is leading the development of Planview’s information security program, building the security team and the privacy program. As Global CIO and VP of Cloud Operations at Planview, she led a portfolio of SaaS products – Enterprise One, PPM Pro, Projectplace, LeanKit and Spigit – hosted globally, delivering significant revenue. Prior to Planview, Weeks was the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Operations at WP Engine and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zilliant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky. She is also a member and has twice served as Chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Kentucky College of Engineering.

 

6. Bernd Gross, Software AG
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Bernd Gross pulls double duty as the Chief Technology Officer of Software AG and Chief Executive Officer of Cumulocity GmbH, a Software AG company and the world’s leading independent IoT software platform provider based in Düsseldorf, Germany. With nearly 25 years of international experience in the IT industry and in various management positions, including in the U.K., Finland, and Silicon Valley, Gross is one of Germany’s pioneers and thought leaders in the areas of digitization, cloud computing, IoT, and Industry 4.0. He brings a unique flair to his several specializations, including new business creation, innovation management, mobile internet, mobile & fixed telecoms technologies, and enterprise business, among others.

In 2012, Gross co-founded Cumulocity as part of a management buy-out of Nokia Siemens Networks. Prior to that, he led innovation management and technology rollout projects at Nokia Siemens Networks in Silicon Valley. Gross completed his Master’s Degree in Information and Communications Technology at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and also earned an MBA from London Business School.

 

7. John Williams, WorkForce Software
Title: Chief Technology Officer

John Williams brings 30 years of enterprise software experience and extensive technical knowledge to his role as Chief Technology Officer and leader of the product development, product management, and cloud services teams. These teams are responsible for developing and delivering industry-leading products to meet the unique requirements of customers around the globe. They are also developing a highly automated, highly scalable private cloud software delivery platform. John stays alert to new technology trends that will drive the teams forward, and he consistently leads them to achieve business alignment and market success for a range of international clients.

But John is more than just a tech-savvy decision maker. He is an authentic and empathetic leader that seeks to foster a culture of innovation and a passion for excellence in the teams he leads. John has a thorough understanding of how customers’ businesses function, the challenges they face, and the solutions they need to succeed. He is able to communicate effectively and explain tech concepts to non-technical people within organizations, from CEOs to board members and other stakeholders. He has previously held executive positions at ForeSee, Micro Focus, and Compuware. He holds two engineering degrees from the University of Michigan.

 

8. Sergei Anikin, Pipedrive
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Sergei Anikin has been driving the engineering and infrastructure vision of Pipedrive, the global sales-first CRM and revenue platform for small businesses, for the past eight years. Since he joined the company, Anikin’s inspirational leadership and bold ideas have led the transition toward a self-managing organization that has grown from 25 employees to more than 900 worldwide. Under his guidance, Pipedrive has implemented an agile organizational model that is capable of scaling up manyfold without losing velocity. Anikin believes that it is crucial to let technical and product leadership focus on the right things — technical legacy should never prevent teams from innovating.

Thanks to Anikin’s hands-on leadership, Pipedrive continued to deliver fast growth and excellent results during the COVID-19 pandemic by pivoting its product development priorities overnight to deliver sales and marketing professionals tools for working remotely. Today, Pipedrive is being used by nearly 100,000 teams globally. In addition to being a long-term CTO, Anikin has steered the wheel at Pipedrive as the co-CEO. Prior to making an impact at Pipedrive, Anikin worked at Skype for over seven years as a Billing Architect and Team Lead. His career began at Swedbank where he was the manager of the development team.

 

9. Simon Tindal, Smart Communications
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Simon Tindal is the CTO of Smart Communications, a leading technology company focused on helping businesses engage in more meaningful customer conversations. Its Conversation Cloud™ platform uniquely delivers personalized, omnichannel conversations across the entire customer experience, empowering companies to succeed in today’s digital-focused, customer-driven world while also simplifying processes and operating more efficiently. In 2021, the company acquired Assentis, a leading European software solutions provider specializing in customer communications management (CCM) with a focus on the financial services industry.

Tindal leads the product development, engineering, product management, and product marketing teams to drive continuous innovation across the Smart Communications product portfolio. Previously the head of Professional Services and Pre-Sales, Tindal led the transition to Smart Communications’ SaaS offering. In this role, Tindal and his team of industry-leading consultants built a reputation for implementing game-changing solutions across today’s most complex enterprise organizations. Tindal brings 25 years’ experience in the software industry, having held several senior positions at Thunderhead, Cincom Systems, and Triangle Computer Services prior to joining Smart Communications.

 

10. Monish Darda, Icertis
Title: Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Icertis, Monish Darda has overseen development of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, the leading contract management solution in the cloud. ICI is used by innovative companies such as Airbus, Daimler, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, and Sanofi to manage 10 million contracts worth more than $1 trillion. Darda has also led Icertis’ successful deployment of cutting-edge AI and blockchain technologies, which have earned Icertis numerous industry accolades—including recognition on Forbes’ prestigious AI 50 List for two consecutive years.

Darda is a cloud-technology pioneer and serial entrepreneur with a 30-year track record in the enterprise software space. With deep experience in distributed systems and cloud apps, he is the co-inventor of two patents in cloud resource management and provisioning. He led a string of successful ventures prior to co-founding Icertis, including the launch of BladeLogic’s India R&D. After BladeLogic was acquired by BMC Software, Darda contributed to BMC’s cloud management vision, laying the foundation for pioneering work in this area. Darda has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

 

11. Jenny Peng, Aptean
Title: Chief Technology Officer

With over 28 years of experience in engineering and technology, Jenny Peng is the Chief Technology Officer for Aptean, a role she has held since 2017. Founded in 2012, Aptean is one of the world’s leading providers of purpose-built, industry-specific software that helps manufacturers and distributors effectively run and grow their businesses. With both cloud and on-premise deployment options, Aptean’s products, services, and unmatched expertise help businesses of all sizes. The company is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia and employees nearly 1,200 experts and professionals. As CTO, Peng is responsible for leading Aptean’s product and technology organization, spanning product development, product management, information technology, security, and site reliability engineering.

Thanks to her expertise in enterprise software development and cloud computing, Peng brings strong strategic leadership to Aptean, aligning her team with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. She joined Aptean in 2012 as Vice President of Engineering, leading the product development function, and served as Chief Information Officer prior to her current role. Previously, she was VP of Engineering for CDC Software and VP of Software Engineering for Saratoga Systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.

 

12. Michel Langlois, Calix
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Michel Langlois is the Chief Technology Officer for Calix, a leading provider of cloud and software platforms, systems, and services to communications service providers. Since 1999, Calix has provided innovative cloud and software solutions that enable customers to utilize the real-time data and insights from its platforms to simplify their businesses and deliver experiences that excite their subscribers. With over 1,100 employees between its San Jose, California headquarters and offices across the globe, Calix serves communications leaders like SCTelcom, Verizon, ALLO Communications, and over 1,400 other organizations.

In his role as CTO, Langlois is responsible for R&D strategy and partnerships, product development, engineering processes, and product quality. He has more than 32 years of experience in networking technologies, large-scale software development, engineering management, and methodologies. He joined Calix in 2014 as the Senior Vice President of Systems Products, and subsequently served as SVP of Products and Strategy as well as Chief Development Officer. Previously, he was SVP of Junos Software at Juniper Networks, and he served in several technology leadership roles at Cisco Systems. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada.

 

13. Ramakant Pandrangi, FORM
Title: Chief Technology Officer (Engineering and Product Management)

Ramakant Pandrangi is the CTO (Engineering and Product Management) at FORM. FORM powers the world’s 2 billion mobile workers as they change companies and industries for good, with mobile technology that improves execution from the frontline. FORM activates and connects teams in the field – with leaders, missions, and each other – so they can deliver success in the enterprise. The FORM field execution platform serves as a digital assistant for frontline teams by guiding daily tasks, streamlining data collection, facilitating real-time communication, and providing leaders with real-time intelligence that drives faster actions and better decisions.

Pandrangi has experience leading portfolio and product strategy spanning businesses, technologies, and partner ecosystems/alliances to create product differentiation and enable go-to-market strategies. He has a deep expertise in building and leading high performance global teams that have launched highly available software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and products across multiple technology markets from critical internet infrastructure, network security services, PKI, Payments, and more. Prior to joining FORM, Pandrangi held Vice President roles at Rackspace and Verisign.

 

14. Alok Srivastava, Conductor
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Alok Srivastava is the Chief Technology Officer at Conductor and is responsible for technology strategy, product engineering, data/ SaaS operations & delivery, security, and IT. Prior to Conductor, he was the founding CTO & Head of Engineering at a MarTech startup in Silicon Valley. Since 2008, Srivastava has been instrumental in building five data management and analytics startups in the San Francisco Bay Area with successful products such as Delphix’s DataOps platform and ParAccel’s petabyte scale data warehouse server that resulted in AWS Redshift. Prior to his startup journey, Srivastava worked for more than a decade at Oracle managing numerous server technology teams responsible for delivering products such as Real Applications Cluster (RAC), Cluster Ready Services (CRS), and Oracle Cluster Repository (OCR) just to name a few. Srivastava was on the team that designed and developed India’s first parallel supercomputer.

Srivastava has a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from IIT in India and an MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. He owns 38 U.S. and worldwide patents in data management, distributed systems, and data virtualization technologies.

 

15. Wendy Pfeiffer, Nutanix
Title: Chief Intelligence Officer and Senior Vice President

Wendy Pfeiffer is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Nutanix, where she leads the Global Information Technology team and functions that support the company’s business operations and employees. Nutanix is a global leader in cloud software and a pioneer in hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, making clouds invisible, freeing customers to focus on their business outcomes. Organizations around the world use Nutanix software to leverage a single platform to manage any app at any location for their hybrid multi-cloud environments. The company boasts nearly 1000 professionals operating from its San Jose, California headquarters and 82 office locations across 37 countries.

With her dedication to excellence in operations and delivery while maintaining a focus on innovation, Pfeiffer has played a key role in envisioning and delivering business technologies for the past two decades. Prior to Nutanix, she led technology teams for industry-makers like GoPro, Yahoo!, Cisco Systems, Exodus Communications, and Robert Half. Currently, she serves as board director for Qualys, SADA, the American Gaming Association, and Girls in Tech, and she sits on the CNBC Technology Executive Council. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix.

 

16. Abby Kearns, Puppet
Title: Chief Technology Officer

With nearly twenty years of experience in the tech world, Abby Kearns is a true veteran of the industry. Her lengthy career spans product marketing, product management, and consulting across Fortune 500 companies and startups alike, all of which is underpinned by deep cloud experience. As Chief Technology Officer at Puppet, she leads the vision and direction of its current and future enterprise product portfolio. Founded in 2009, Puppet provides an innovative platform that is an industry standard for delivering and managing organizations’ IT estate predictably at scale. The company boasts more than 550 professionals driving its success from its headquarters in Portland, Oregon, as well as its international offices in Europe, Asia, and Australia and remotely around the world.

Prior to joining Puppet, Kearns was the Executive Director of the Cloud Foundry Foundation, where she focused on driving the Foundation’s vision, growing the open source project, and building an install base that included more than half of the Fortune 500. At Pivotal, she drove the adoption of Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and at Verizon, she led the Product Management teams dedicated to the early days of cloud services. She also currently serves on the board of Lightbend. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Chapman University in California.

 

17. Brad Powers, Passport
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Brad Powers is the CTO of Passport, a transportation software and payments company that builds technology to more efficiently manage streets and sidewalks. Based in Charlotte, NC, Passport is trusted by more than 800 cities, universities, and agencies, including Chicago, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Miami. Passport’s digital platform helps cities manage parking and mobility infrastructure, creating more livable, equitable communities. One of the fastest-growing companies on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 lists, Passport was also named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2020.

Powers spends his time focused on engineering, product, and operations organizations. He uses his relentless execution and ability to take complex problems and provide clear direction to deliver solutions his customers want. In addition to Passport, Powers was a board member at Rabbu for over three years. He also worked as a Solutions Architect and Senior Consultant after starting his career as a Consultant at Accenture. He graduated from the Arizona State University – W.P. Carey School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and CIS.

 

18. Steve Murphy, Cartegraph
Title: Vice President of Information Technology/DevOps

As Vice President of IT and Dev/Ops, Steve Murphy and his team manage the vast technology infrastructure of Cartegraph, an industry-leading infrastructure asset management SaaS provider. For the past 22 years, Murphy has led with empathy, humility, innovation, and dedication. He’s known to empower his team to challenge the status quo and ensure Cartegraph software solutions maintain the highest reliability, performance, and security standards.

Joining Cartegraph as the sole IT team member at the height of Y2K, Murphy never backs down from a challenge. As a result, his team’s dauntless approach to problem-solving has led to everything from pioneering Cartegraph’s cloud-first approach and supporting customers through disaster recovery to creating massive efficiencies and deploying software updates 90% faster in a single year. When he’s not working with technology, Murphy loves everything outdoors: fishing, hunting, hiking, and more with family.

 

19. Mitch Coopet, Branch
Title: Chief Technology Officer

As CTO of workforce payments platform Branch, Mitch Coopet leads the fintech company’s product and engineering teams. Over the past two decades, Coopet has been bringing technology and teams together to build market-leading products.

An accomplished engineer, product manager, and entrepreneur, he’s founded a range of B2B software companies, including data security software company Code42 and AI-powered call platform Rambl. Coopet served in a variety of leadership roles at Code42 including COO, CTO, and Interim CEO, navigating the company’s overarching strategy and growth as it grew past 500 employees. He was involved in both Series A and Series B investment rounds, which set records for a Minnesota software company. Before starting his own companies, Coopet worked as a Senior Software Engineer at global business process outsourcer Webhelp and credit card payment processor Eliance. He has been heavily involved in the Minnesota tech community, having been selected mentor of the year for the 2018 Techstars Retail program and making angel investments in local tech startups. Coopet studied Computer Science at the University of Minnesota.

 

20. Matthew Keemon, Jebbit
Title: Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

As Co-Founder and CTO of Jebbit, Matthew Keemon oversees all product development efforts to drive innovation and value for its customers. He has been at the core of engineering since the company’s inception a decade ago, having created the initial prototypes of Jebbit’s product offerings. His experience in going from zero-to-one has given him a keen eye for finding product-market fit and scaling complex systems and organizations.

Keemon also has a passion for helping early-stage founders navigate the uncertain waters of building successful products and teams. He has been advising burgeoning startups through the Soaring Startup Circle Venture Partner incubator program for the past six years. When not wrestling bears, he can be found training for his next marathon or doing flips. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston College – go Eagles!

 

21. Scott Henderson, Celigo
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Scott Henderson is the Chief Technology Officer at Celigo, overseeing the company’s product engineering operations along with its product technology strategy. Celigo boasts a world-class integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that allows IT and line of business teams alike to automate both common and custom business processes, thus enabling the entire organization to be more agile and innovate faster than competitors. He was Celigo’s first engineer and has since led the company through two major technology shifts: on-premise to SaaS, and then SaaS to iPaaS, in order to mitigate the effect of “the SaaS sprawl.” Henderson’s pledge to disrupt the iPaaS industry through Celigo’s intelligent approach to end-to-end business automation helped the company land a recent Series C funding.

Henderson has worked in the enterprise software space since 2003, focusing largely on emerging technologies and applying them to business software integration problems. Before joining the Celigo fold, he spent time as an engineer at NetSuite and Nextance. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

 

22. Sean Molley, MedeAnalytics
Title: Chief Technology Officer

Sean Molley joined MedeAnalytics as Chief Technology Officer in August 2021, bringing over 30 years of professional software development and leadership experience. In this role, he steers the company’s technology strategy and execution, including overseeing teams responsible for architecture, software development, technology operations, and infrastructure management.

Previously, he served as SVP and CTO at SPH Analytics, Chief Data Scientist at Ripple Analytics, Principal Architect at athenahealth, and CTO at Anodyne Health Partners. Molley initially found his way into the healthcare industry in the mid-1990s at Medaphis/Per-Se Technologies, working his way up from software and database developer to VP of Business Intelligence. Along the way he was also Chief Business Officer of Lone Shark Games, a Seattle-based studio that designs tabletop games and puzzles. Molley holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.

 

23. Pietro Ferrari, Board International
Title: Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product Support

With nearly three decades of leadership experience, Pietro Ferrari is the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product Support of Board International, a business intelligence (BI) and corporate performance management (CPM) software vendor. Founded in 1994, Board enables people to have a transformative impact on their business, helping them to intuitively explore and leverage their data in a flexible, all-in-one decision-making platform. The company is driven by its workforce of more than 400 professionals across headquarters in Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, as well as offices in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Ferrari has been a valued member of the Board team since 1996, and he currently leads the company’s product strategy and is responsible for all R&D and product development efforts.

Ferrari started his career at Board as a Software Engineer and held top positions in product support, product development, and R&D before being appointed CTO. In his 26 year career with the company, he has played a key role in helping Board evolve into a trusted and successful decision-making platform. Dr. Yvonne Bernard is the Chief Technology Officer at Hornetsecurity, a leading email cloud security provider headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With 350 dedicated employees operating offices and data centers on five continents, Hornetsecurity has been focused on cloud computing since its inception in 2007, and it has grown into a leading global email cloud security and backup provider. As CTO of Hornetsecurity, Dr. Bernard is responsible for product management, product development, innovation and research, security lab, and cloud infrastructure.

Dr. Bernard has been part of the Hornetsecurity Group since 2014, leading product management for several years from the company’s offices in Hannover, Germany. She has published more than 20 scientific papers focusing on system architecture, security, cloud, AI, and other machine learning topics. She received her PhD in Engineering in Computer Science from the Leibniz University Hannover. Before joining Hornetsecurity, she was a research assistant and teacher at her alma mater.

 

25. Linda Buan, Provation Medical

Linda Buan is Chief Technology Officer at Provation Medical, the leading provider of integrated procedure documentation and workflow automation solutions. Buan has over 25 years of healthcare IT industry experience, with extensive expertise in leading globally diverse product development, product management, IT, quality assurance, documentation, and medical content teams to deliver strong results. At Provation, Buan is credited with creating several offshore teams from the ground up for staff augmentation purposes. She is also dedicated to infusing the voice of Provation’s customers into the company in order to create market-leading products.

Buan first came to Provation as its Vice President of Engineering and Content before rising to her current position. Prior to joining Provation, Buan spent 15 years with Wolters Kluwer Health as Vice President of Product Development. Later in her tenure, she took the role of Vice President of Operations as well. Before Wolters, Buan was a Development Manager at McKesson. Buan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
